Here are some different options for you. We offer 2 types of engagements to assist you in tackling the U.S. market

TYPE 1: STANDARD CONSULTING / FRACTIONAL CMO / FRACTIONAL CRO
 (Standard retainers for services, extra fees for staffing)

In the standard model, we follow a prescriptive model to establish your U.S. presence: 

Your U.S. Marketing Plan Do you have a sales and marketing plan for the U.S.? If so, we can work with you to understand what kind of sales force and marketing services you will need, how to budget for those, and how we can engage them for you. 
If you don’t yet have a U.S. plan, then we will help you build one in one of two ways:
you tell us what your budget is for the next year to three years, and we can build a sales and marketing plan from that budget, giving you a reasonable expectation of what can be achieved in sales with that budget, or, 
You tell us your revenue targets for the next 1 – 3 years, and we can build a sales and marketing plan for you that tells you what you will need from a budget perspective to achieve that plan. 

Your U.S. Market Positioning – Are you positioned correctly for the U.S. market? Does your message set articulate the right value proposition? We can draw on our knowledge of good marketing techniques for branding your company in the U.S., and also bring in key brand agencies to assist in this effort. 

Your U.S. Sales and Marketing Team
– We will work with our own network of sales and marketing professionals, as well as known and trusted recruiters in your field, to bring forth the sales and/or marketing professionals that we have vetted ahead of our recommendation.
 By utilizing our own network and trusted recruiters, we can do extensive background and reputation checks on candidates, which ensures a higher level of success than standard recruiting. 

Your U.S. Team Partnership With Us
– Part of our standard fee is to continue to help manage your U.S. sales and marketing team until you are satisfied that they are up and running. 

We can work to make sure they have sales operations support, marketing programs  implemented to generate activity, and KPI reporting and results for both sales and marketing. 

TYPE 2: Outsourced Sales and Marketing
(Standard retainer plus per-headcount monthly fee to cover employee expenses, such as base salary, commission, etc) 

The Type 2 engagement provides all the services shown in Type 1, but we utilize Antares’ own sales and marketing teams to get you started in the U.S. By outsourcing sales and marketing to us, we provide a commitment to achieve the plan upon which we mutually agree, but Antares employs and manages the sales and/or marketing teams. In this way, we can get you up and running more quickly, and with less hassle than building your own sales and marketing teams.
